The Assiniboine Credit Union (ACU) is pleased to announce that it will soon have a new mortgage product tailored to the needs of the Muslim community. This Islamic mortgage contract was achieved under the leadership of Shaikh Hosni Azzabi, the Imam of the Manitoba Islamic Association, and his advisors, Br. Youssef Bezzahou and Br. Imran Khan AND in consultation with other reputed scholars from Canada and US.  

Prior to the launch of the ACU Islamic mortgage in early 2010, ACU plans to hold one or more community workshops to explain the features of the product.
