The Sunday Quran classes will resume on Sunday September the 16th. Details of the program are as follows:
- Date: Every Sunday
- Time: 2 hours before Zuhr prayer
- Location: Waverley Grand Mosque
- Levels: 3 levels (from Surah Al-Nas – to advanced Surahs)
- Age: 5 years and up
- Focus: Proper recitation and memorization
- Additional: Special “Hafiz” program for advanced levels.
- Instructors: Atef Ibrahim, Ala Ibrahim, El-Mehdi, Badri and others
- Annual fees: $20.00/child (payable to MIA).

The Al-Noor Weekend School will open its door on Saturday September the 15th. We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Sadeq Shudefat on our school team of instructors. Dr. Sadeq has a Phd in Islamic Education from Jordan and UK. He will assist in developing the school curriculum and teaching advanced classes. School details:

- Day: Every Saturdays
- Time: 10:00 A.M - 1:45 P.M

Académie Islamique du Manitoba / Islamic Academy of Manitoba is a full time Islamic school that opened its doors in September 2003. École Sofiya School, for boys and girls from Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 6, is the elementary section of the Academy. Collège Sofiya is their newest addition, offering a high quality education to Grade 7 and 8 girls. This project is not owned or managed by the MIA.
