In order to book any of the MIA facilities, please follow the steps below. MIA Office manager shall respond to your application within 4 days. Thank you for your cooperation.

1. Check the MIA Waverely Centre calendar or the MIA Hazelwood Mosque to see whether the day and time you want to book is available
2. Review facility usage regulations published here
3. Fill in the Facility Booking Request form by clicking here.
