The MIA owns and operates, on behalf of the Muslim community, two mosques and community centres in Winnipeg: Pioneer Mosque, the historical first mosque in Manitoba at 247 Hazelwood Ave, and the Winnipeg Grand Mosque and Community Centre, at 2445 Waverley St.

The MIA also operates 2 satellite locations outside Winnipeg: Pembina Valley Mussallah (#10 385 Mountain Ave, Winkler, MB) and Steinbach Mussallah (10 Chrysler Gate, Steinbach, MB)

Both mosques are open for all 5 daily prayers and Friday prayers. The mosque on Hazelwood also features a large basement and kitchen suitable for classroom and small social functions. Adjacent to the Grand Mosque is a community centre equipped with a large gymnasium with equipment for basketball, volleyball, and badminton. There is also a kitchen, library, offices and meeting rooms.
