The Manitoba Islamic Association has partnered with Cropo Funeral Services to provide proper funeral services to the Muslim community. You must contact the MIA Executive in charge of Funerals before you contact Cropo Funeral Services.

To have your loved ones washed properly for burial, please contact the MIA. Volunteer brothers and sisters will wash your loved ones with utmost care and proper procedures. Shrouding ( kafan) will also be done after the washing is complete. Salat-ul-Janaza
The Salat-ul-Janaza will be held at the Manitoba Grand Mosque unless otherwise pre-arranged for a different location. Burial
Burial grounds are not provided by MIA. However, the MIA has made prearrangements with Glen Lawn Memorial gardens on Lagimodiere blvd. If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to contact the MIA Funeral co-ordinator above. |
