Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Supervisor to join our team! If you are a resident of Manitoba, have a passion for teaching, are fluent in Arabic and Quran, and have a strong ability to communicate in English, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for children aged 3-5
• Develop and implement interactive, age-appropriate Arabic language curriculum that aligns with Islamic values.
• Design and execute lesson plans that cater to young learners and support language acquisition.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Utilize creative teaching methods to engage children in craft and art activities.
• Assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to parents, and administration.
• Utilize innovative teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Certificates

Child Care Assistant (CCA)

OR

• Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate

Security and safety:

• Criminal record check
• Child Abuse Registry check
• First aid and CPR

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in Quran teachings.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with preschool-aged children (3-5 years old).
• Demonstrated ability to plan and implement engaging lessons.
• Creativity in developing craft and art activities.
• Passion for early childhood education.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in education.
